WE’RE PEOPLE PEOPLE
Bringing a Fresh approach to organisational development.
We blend the data-driven approach of our discipline with curiosity and creativity to co-design better workplaces for progressive Kiwi businesses.
The success of your business depends on the performance of your people. With better systems comes better support. With better support comes better leadership. And with better leadership comes a more energetic workforce; one that is motivated to perform and inspired to seek opportunities for progression and growth.
As Registered Organisational Psychologists we use behavioural science to take the complexity out of people systems and to re-energise workplace culture. And while our solutions are grounded in evidence, they’re shaped by innovative thinking, helping you create environments that foster potential and empower performance to give your organisation an edge.
As a boutique team, you get access to expertise without unnecessary hierarchy. This agility allows us to act as a true partner in driving your business forward.

Our Story
Just like the success of your business depends on an alignment of values for strong collaboration, it’s the ethos upon which we founded ours. Having collaborated in different ways throughout our careers, we recognised an opportunity to contribute as a collective, bringing a uniquely New Zealand understanding to the consultancy space through Kindred.
We love the work we do, and want to enable others to do the same. As a New Zealand organisation, we understand we are working in a bi-cultural context, and commit to bringing the right experts to support us to weave tikanga Māori through our processes.
We recognise our commitments laid out in Te Tiriti o Waitangi. We don’t do ‘off-the-shelf’, we won’t sell you things you don’t need, and we won’t overcomplicate things unnecessarily. We are an organisation that values tailored solutions, partnerships and human connections.
